Straight answers
Is this legal?
Yes. Tender notices are public information, published so suppliers can find work. Every alert links to the official listing.
buy.nsw material is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 — we attribute it on every alert and in the footer. We never republish tender documents.
Do you help with my bid?
Yes. Save your business details once — trade, ABN, licences, insurance, the patch you work, crew size, and a couple of past jobs.
When a matching tender is ready, we alert you and fill the application from that profile. It sits in your queue until you look at it.
Do you send the application for me?
Only after you approve that job. We never lodge a tender without your say-so on that one.
If the notice lists an official lodgement email, approve and send emails that address. buy.nsw, QTenders, VendorPanel, and council portals don't let us press their submit button — we open the notice and give you a filled pack. We say so on the page.
Which states do you cover?
NSW and QLD are live today. Other states are in the pipeline — permission requests are in with each government.
Tick the states you want in your account. Alerts switch on the day each one goes live. We don't sell coverage we don't have.
What if nothing matches my trade this week?
Then you get no email. We don't pad digests with filler.
Tip: tick "general building & maintenance" too — it catches the multi-trade jobs.
Do I need to be "tender-ready"?
Formal tenders usually want current insurances and licences. Got those? You can bid.
Not yet? The alerts still show you what your council buys and pays.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from your Payhip receipt email. No phone call, no retention script. Every email also has an unsubscribe link.
Cancelling stops the next charge. The month already paid is not refunded.
