What lands in your inbox
One tight email. Only tenders that match your trade and your patch. Nothing new that matches? No email that day — we don't pad.
- Title, buyer, closing date — the three things that decide whether you care.
- Official link on every item — one tap to the full notice on the government portal.
- Matched, not dumped — a roofer doesn't get stationery contracts.
- Unsubscribe link in every email — it works first time.

A$18. Not A$67. Not A$299.
Tender alert services charge like they're bidding on the Harbour Bridge. We cover NSW, match your trade, and charge less than a carton.

Straight answers
Is this legal?
Yes. Government tender notices are public procurement information, published so suppliers can find work. We send you the factual details — title, buyer, closing date — and link every alert straight to the official listing on the government portal.
NSW Government material on buy.nsw is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence, and we attribute it on every alert and in the footer of this site. We never republish tender documents — those you download yourself from the source.
Do you write my bid?
No. We find the work; winning it is your job. TradieTenders is an alert service, not a tender-writing consultancy — that's how it costs A$18 instead of A$2,000.
Which states do you cover?
NSW — state agencies and local councils, via the NSW Government's buy.nsw portal. That's it for now, and we'd rather say so than sell you "Australia-wide" coverage that's three portals and a prayer. More states are coming as the relevant government approvals and licences land.
What if nothing matches my trade this week?
Then you get no email — we don't pad digests with irrelevant filler to look busy. Quiet weeks happen, especially in narrower trades. Tip: ticking "general building & maintenance" alongside your trade catches the multi-trade jobs most tradies can quote on.
Do I need to be "tender-ready"?
Formal tenders usually want current insurances, relevant licences, and sometimes WHS documentation. If you've got those, you can bid. If you're not there yet, the alerts still show you what your council actually buys and what it pays — useful intel before you gear up.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from the Payhip receipt email you got when you subscribed — no phone call, no retention script. Alerts stop at the end of your paid period. There's also an unsubscribe link in every email we send.
